Masonic Medallion with Working Tools
This large ornamental square and compasses Masonic medallion is a real head turner. Its large size and plentiful reference to the symbols of Freemasonry surround the center piece of this sculpture. A beautifully enlightened letter ‘G’ is prominently shown in the center of the compasses.
Surrounding the Square and Compasses are eight symbols of Masonry. The Plumb, a Holy Book, the Beehive, the Common Gavel, the 47th Problem of Euclid (Pythagorean Theorem,) the Trowel, the Winged Hourglass, and the Level, all of which any Freemason will instantly recognize.
The bold presentation, metallic finish, and size of our Masonic Medallion gives you limitless opportunity to make use of it in many unique ways. Each piece is cast from Alumilite by hand, sanded, buffed, and finally a patina applied by hand.
Because of its lightweight Alumilite, non metal construction, you may want to affix it to the door of your house or display it as a seasonal or Christmas tree ornament. Perhaps you wish to mount it to the cover of your holy book or hat box. Or even pass it to someone special in the future.
These show very well in public places and are often used to adorn stations or places within a lodge room. Of course, this medallion would make a fantastic holiday ornament for any Freemason.
